General statements

These rules and conditions, which can be periodically adjusted, are applicable to all services, directly or indirectly (through distributors) provided online, by email, phone or any mobile device. Visiting, browsing or using our (mobile) site or any application on any platform (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "website") and / or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions (including the confidentiality).


These pages, their content and functions, as well as the online reservation service that is provided on these pages and through this website, belong, are managed and are provided by BCS Travel B.V. and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with the rules and conditions set out below.

0. Definitions

"Busadvise.com", "we", "us" or "our / ours" mean BCS Travel BV, a limited liability company that complies with the laws of the Netherlands and is registered at: Radarweg 29, 1043 NX Amsterdam, Netherlands

"Platform" means (mobile) website and application that are under the control, management and ownership of BCS Travel B.V., on which the Service is provided.

"Service" means an online booking service (including collection of payment) for the various products and services that the Suppliers offer at a certain time on the Platform.

"Supplier" means service/product providers associated with bus tours, transfers, tour operators and other tourism and similar services / products that are offered at a certain time for booking on the Platform.

1. Description of services

Through the Platform, we (BCS Travel BV) and its affiliate partners (distributors) provide an online platform through which all Suppliers can offer their services and products for reservation, and visitors to this website can make reservations. Through Busadvise.com you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Supplier from whom you make a reservation or purchase a service / product (if applicable). Since the moment when you make a booking, we are acting solely as an intermediary between you and the supplier, sending your booking details to the relevant supplier (respective suppliers) and sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the Supplier.

When providing our Service, we offer the information based on data provided to us by the Suppliers. Suppliers have access to an extranet network and are fully responsible for updating information on prices, availability of transport and other data reflected on our Platform. Despite the fact that we do our best to ensure the quality of the services provided, we cannot verify the accuracy and ensure the veracity or completeness of all information, and we are not responsible for any errors (including explicit and typographical), failures (arising from (temporary and / or partial) failure, repair, improvement or support of our Platform or for other reasons), inaccurate or false information or non-receipt of information. Each Supplier under any conditions is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness (of descriptive) information (including prices and availability of numbers) displayed on our Platform.

Our Platform is not and should not be considered as a recommendation or evidence of quality, service level or rating (star rating) of any proposed Supplier (or its amenities, products, services, facilities).

2. Tariffs

The prices on our platform are very competitive. All service prices include VAT and other taxes. In the event of a no-show or cancellation of the booking, the Supplier may charge the relevant fees. The currency converter is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered accurate and up-to-date: actual prices may vary. Obvious errors (including typos) are not legally binding. All special promotions and offers are marked accordingly.

Busadvise.com takes care of the safety of your personal data. Read the Privacy and Cookies section for more information.

4. Free services

Our Service is free for you, as unlike many other companies, we do not charge you for our service and do not add additional fees (for making a reservation) to the cost.

Suppliers pay a commission (a small percentage of the cost of the product) to BCS Travel after the user has used the product or service provided by the Supplier.

5. Credit card and bank transfer

Secure payment is made through the payment system of a third-party provider from your credit / debit card or from your bank account. Each payment that we process on behalf of the Supplier and which is transferred to the Supplier is the payment of the cost of the product or service you have reserved. The payment is not refundable.

Please check the details of the booking of the service or product before proceeding with the booking procedure. Busadvise.com is not responsible for erroneous debiting of funds and does not refund any amounts legally written off (including a no-show or cancellation fee) from your card or bank account.

In the event that your credit card was used by third parties illegally or not for its intended purpose, most banks and companies that issued credit cards will cover and pay for all losses caused by such illegal use of the credit card (sometimes deducting 50 euros or equivalent in local currency). If your bank or credit card company has withheld this amount due to the illegal use of a credit card resulting from a booking on our Platform, we will pay you the withheld amount of up to 50 euros (or the equivalent in your local currency). To claim damages, be sure to notify the company that issued the credit card and contact us immediately by email to customer.relations@busadvise.com. Please indicate "illegal use of credit card" in the subject line of the e-mail. Such damages are only made for bookings with a credit card.

6. Cancellation fee and no-show

In case of cancellation or no-show the following fees apply:

If on the day of service you are late in a timely manner, inform the Supplier about it. Thus, the Administration of the Supplier will know when to expect you, this will help to avoid the cancellation of the booking and the fare for no-show. If necessary, our support team can contact the Supplier for you. Busadvise.com is not responsible for the consequences of your delay, as well as for the cancellation of the booking or the no-show penalty that is levied by the Supplier.

7. (Further) correspondence and communication

When completing the reservation, you agree to receive (i) an e-mail that we can send to you immediately before the day of the trip, with information relevant to your booking, and (ii) an e-mail that we can send to you immediately after your trip, with a proposal fill out our feedback form about the supplier. Please see the Privacy and Cookies section for information on how we can contact you.

BCS Travel does not bear any responsibility for exchanging messages with the Supplier that is being made on or using its Platform. You cannot claim any rights based on any request or message sent to the Supplier, or confirmation (in any form) that a request or message has been received. BCS Travel cannot guarantee that the request or message will be (properly and timely) received / read, executed or accepted by the Supplier.

To complete and guarantee the booking you need to specify the correct email address. We are not responsible for (and do not have to check) any incorrect or misspelled email address, incorrectly specified mobile phone number or credit card number.

Any claims or complaints against BCS Travel or in relation to the Service must be submitted as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days after the scheduled day of use of the product or service. Any claims or complaints sent after the 30-day period can be rejected, and the claimant is denied the right to any compensation (for damage or costs).

8. Arrangement, the program "Priority objects of placement" and feedbacks of guests

By default, the placement objects on our site are sorted by "Recommended" (any similar wording can be used) ("Sort by default"). For your convenience, we also offer other ways of sorting placement objects. Please note that Sorting by default is created by a fully automated evaluation system (algorithm) and is based on a variety of criteria.

The completed review can be (a) posted on the Supplier's relevant page on our Platform with the sole purpose of informing (future) customers your opinion on the level of services and the quality of the Supplier, and (b) (in whole or in part) used by BCS Travel on their own discretion (for example, for marketing purposes, advertising purposes or for improving the service provided) on their Platform or other similar social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, applications or while using any other channels owned or controlled by the company BCS Travel and their business partners. The Company reserves the right to change, reject or delete reviews at their sole discretion. Forms for guest reviews are sent only for the purpose of conducting a survey and do not contain any further (commercial) offers, invitations or incentives.

9. Limitation of Liability

According to the limitations established in these rules and conditions and in accordance with the law, we are only liable for compensation for direct damage actually incurred, paid or caused as a result of improper performance of our obligations when rendering services within the total amount of your order, as indicated in the electronic letter confirming the booking (for one incident or a series of interrelated incidents).

Despite this, neither our company nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, affiliate - distributors, licensees, agents and other persons involved in the creation, sponsorship, promotion and any other activities aimed at supporting this website and its content are liable in accordance with the law for (1) penalties, direct, indirect and consequential damages and losses, any loss of production , loss of profit, loss of income, failure to sign a contract, loss or damage to business reputation, and failure to satisfy a claim for damages, (2) inaccuracies relating to (descriptive) information (including prices and ratings (star rating)) of the Supplier provided on our Platform ( 3) services or products offered by the Supplier or other business partners, (4) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, damages or costs incurred, accepted or paid by you and arising in connection with or as a result of use, impossibility to use or interruption in the work of our Platform or (5) (personal) injury, death, property damage or other (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, costs or expenses incurred, accepted or paid by you due to (legal) actions , errors, violations, negligence, willful misconduct, inaction, default, misinterpretation, misdemeanor or absolute liability (in whole or in part) of the Supplier or any other business partners (including their employees, directors, officials, agents, representatives or affiliated companies) whose products or services (directly or indirectly) are available, offered or promoted on or through the Platform, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other uncontrolled events.

BCS Travel is not responsible for the transfer, collection, retention or payment of relevant taxes from the cost of booking to the authorized tax authorities. BCS Travel does not act as an official seller of products or services offered on the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, all software required to provide our services and / or used on our Platform and intellectual property rights (including copyrights and related rights) with respect to the content, information and materials posted on the Platform belong to the company BCS Travel BV, its suppliers or providers.

BCS Travel retains the exclusive right to own, use and dispose of (all intellectual property rights) (style of design (including functionality)) The platform on which the service is offered (including guest reviews and translated content) and you are not entitled to copying , automatic or software reading / collecting / analyzing data, creating (hyper / external) links, publishing, promoting, marketing, integrating, using, combining or otherwise using the content (including any translations and feedback of guests) or our brand without our express written permission. In the event that you (fully or partially) use or combine our (translated) content (including guest reviews) or otherwise have the intellectual property right to the Platform or any (translated) content or guest reviews, hereby you transfer and give in all rights to intellectual property of this kind in favor of BCS Travel. Any unlawful use or commitment of any of the foregoing acts will constitute a significant violation of our intellectual property rights (including copyrights and related rights and rights of the database manufacturer).

11. Miscellaneous

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes arising on the basis of these general rules and conditions and the services we provide are to be considered exclusively in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, becomes null and void, or ceases to be binding, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will be applied in full. In this case, such an invalid provision must nevertheless be complied with in the maximum permissible extent in accordance with the current legislation, and you are obliged to comply with this condition, despite its inadmissibility, its lack of legal or mandatory force, taking into account the content and purpose of these rules and conditions.
