Can I make a last minute booking?
To guarantee successful service execution we do not allow book online service if until start time is less than 2 days.

But you can request your ride by email.
To do it you need to write a email to us with all necessary trip data that we need to calculate trip and make you offer. Our email is info@busadvise.com .

Please make sure that you have included this necessary information about your trip into email:
  • Pickup date and time
  • Pickup place (correct address or place)
  • Destination place (correct address or place)
  • Date and time of service finish (Only for hourly or day rental)
If you have itinerary you can also attach it to email
Also you can add your phone number, for faster service booking procedure.

Our sales manager will contact with you shortly.
How to start booking online?
Our online booking consist of 5 easy steps:
  • Client registration/authorisation
  • Trip data form filling
  • Comparison of available vehicles
  • Review service summary.
  • Payment procedure
To start booking online you need to fill short registration form to create account into our system or just login if you already have account. (if you forgot your password please see troubleshooting section in our FAQ)

You can do it from our homepage Link on homepage. There in right top corner click on "Register" button to create account or "Sign In" button if you already have account.

After successful registration or authorisation please go back to homepage. There you will see our online booking form now.

Please fill this form with your trip details and press on "Search for buses" button.

Select one of available vehicles for your trip.

Review summary of your service, final price. Select payment method and click on "Proceed to payment" button.

After successful payment You will will receive booking confirmation email from us.

Spent time on first online booking on our portal is about 5 minutes.
Spent time on second and subsequent online booking on our portal is about 1-2 minutes.
What is meeting sign?
Meeting sign usually is A4 paper with printed text which you mention during booking our service.
Our driver will use it to be recognized by trip group at meeting point.

On the meeting sign, we can use any text, eg. the name of the group leader or name of a company.
How I can make changes to my booking?
Significant changes to the service specially at the last minute are not always possible.
But you can email us with changes request. Our email is info@busadvise.com .

In email please mention your confirmation number and all necessary trip changes.
Please not that your change request should be sent from email address that is registered in our system. Also please wait change request confirmation from us.
