Can I get information about vehicle driver?
Yes, You will be informed about your vehicle driver before trip will start.
Short time before service start You will receive driver name and his contact number.
What can i do if the flight was canceled for some reason?
In case of cancellation of the flight, immediately notify us by phone.

Our hotline number can be found in confirmation file which is attached into confirmation mail.
What if the flight is delayed?
If you have been provided to us your flight number, then there is nothing to worry about.
If not, then contact us immediately.

If I plan to transport a group with a large quantity of large-sized luggage (ski equipment, wheelchairs, bicycles, etc.)?
Please inform us about that by email, so we can organise comfortable ride for you with all your luggage.

IMPORTANT! Please notify us about large-size luggage in advance!
If I plan a trip with children/ or for a group of children?
If you plan to transport children, you must notify us in advance, as the transportation of children requires a more careful approach.

How long will the bus wait for the group?
By default 30 minutes waiting time is included.
