I forgot my things on the bus! What to do?
If you left things on the bus, contact with us via email or phone as soon as possible. Our email is info@busadvise.com, phone number can be found in confirmation file.
If a group of tourists was late (it took a long time to take their luggage, to pass the registration, etc.)?
30 minutes waiting is included by default. Please call on our hotline to inform us about that, so we may have to solve this situation.

Important! In case of your being late more than 1 hour, the bus company has the right to give up your order.
I forgot password, can I restore it?
If my flight will delayed?
If you will provide to us your flight number, then there is nothing to worry about.
Our disposition manager will monitor your flight, and will bring our vehicle exactly on your arrival time.

We strongly recommend to provide us flight number. Flight number can be provide when you are booking our service online on checkout page.
Or you can provide it later by email to us. Please mention your service confirmation number and flight number in email. Our email is info@busadvise.com
Do you have hotline?
Yes, we have! And you can easily find it in confirmation file which is attached into confirmation mail (this mail you have been received when you did online booking in our website).
What should I do if my driver does not arrive on time for my transfer?
Please try to contact with driver directly by phone first.
