What's your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation the following fees apply:
  • reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure - 10% of the price
  • reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to departure - 25% of the price
  • reservations cancelled within 2 days prior to departure - 50% of the price
  • reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure - 100% of the price
How I can cancel service?
At this moment cancellation is possible only via email.

Please write email to us from your email address that is assigned to Busadvise.com account with service confirmation number and cancellation request. Our email is info@busadvise.com .
After service cancellation how long need to wait payment refund?
Usually it takes few working days, but maximal possible value is 7 working days.
